Why ever move on? The players made a conscious decision to cheat. It cost other teams and players games. It probably cost some opposing pitchers their livelihood. It makes Pete Rose’s gambling scandal pale in comparison. Never forget. Once you choose to become a cheater, you are always a cheater.

The U.S. Constitution protects the rights of all "persons" within the country, not just citizens, meaning that visitors are entitled to due process, equal protection under the law, and other fundamental rights.

No it would not. It's only a factor when the game is tied late in the 4th quarter. Teams have enough time to anticipate and adapt. It is much more equal than the nonsense they have now.

'The fourth quarter ends when time has expired and the score is not tied'.
If time runs out and the score is tied, just keep playing on from that exact point until the tie is broken.

Regarding the ACA, republican voters don't want it repealed, they want Obamacare repealed. Don't worry, I know the contradiction above. Sadly, many republicans don't.
