Oh for sure, and it's shitty regardless. It's more that there never seems to be anyone around when you actually need them versus how many are actually around secretly keeping an eye on things. The whole system is messed up.

I feel like this would require them to hire more people. At least for the target I go to, there's typically one or two cashiers, someone working customer service desk, and then maybe if the stars align, a floating employee that I need to quest for to get something that's locked up.
