For me it's slowly starting to help to go under the three dots menu and choose the "show me more/less like this" options a lot. Like really a lot.

I think that may be cause bluesky doesn't have any algorithm like twitter so you have to manually give that feedback

and then for some reason the anxiety and stress falls away so now you suddenly have no motivation to do anything anymore and can't function 💀

Sorry, no dopamine for living, best i can do is cortisol and anxiety
