I recently looked into a train trip from Austin TX to Miami. It was THREE days with multiple layovers/transfer. Texas to Florida by way of Chicago. 🤦♀️

We need to embrace mini pies/bites/tartlets.
Some of these desserts, however good they taste, can be enjoyed with 1 or 2 of those mini bites. After the first few bites of a full slice of pecan pie... the rest is a chore!

So many of these "traditional" recipes were made when companies like Campbell's startes churning out cream-of-everything soup & Carnations with their evaporated & sweetened condensed milk. Making them with real food is So. Much. Better!
It's no wonder so many of us are just now learning how to cook
