Even if a defender gets in-between should still be a red card. Surly the covering defender becomes the keeper so would need 2 defenders to cover?

As an Arsenal fan who watched Giggs do that to us in 99, all I would say is take the man out. Take the yellow and move on. Good goal but defenders shouldn’t have let him ran all the way.
