it's burnout, and it sucks. I've been going through the same thing for years now and it feels impossible to get out of. some days I can push through it, but a lot of the time I'm lucky if I can do the bare minimum just to get through the day.

anyway in the chastising meeting I said aim not sure if I will be able to continue to work on this team, so give it up for me for having some spine in these trying times.

not only that but I attended two meetings, one of which I was chastised for my issues with attendance.
