A "disaster" is the public not liking what they were seeing. Literally aesthetics. That's what their issue cited was. Also it's only being scaled back to decriminalized in private spaces

I'm sure they said the same about the Covid vaccine. Or tetanus shot before starting middle school. There will obviously be exceptions for things but it could work. By this logic, your other argument involving cops would require rewriting Warrants altogether which would not happen

There's an easy way around this. Just have it be a requirement to work or something. Just like psych evaluations are needed to own a gun in some states

Yes and they need court orders, Lightsworn. Not to mention, they are already criminals. Warrants are an important part of the judicial process.
