through this is more so a declaration by the majority of the group. With them actually being led by a woman known as Lunora, who seemingly can’t see Shimo. But Lunora unlike Shimo mainly only stays in the Ice Nation. So both are considered there leaders but Shimo is more of a on field leader.

With the ruler being named Enkai, and his wife being Mizuko. Enkai has a surprising and immense hatred for humans and most mortals.

Water as well has definite unique properties within Reisui, with it being pretty much the only power source for the nation.

Reisui technically has 1 ruler but there wife more so fits the bill better then he does.

The plot in this nation is rather focused around these two.

Reisui, is respectively where all the characters I’ve shown thus far are from. It is quite a advanced place in comparison to the rest of the nations however they do not know that.

They are indefinitely independent and self reliant due to there circumstances with the barrier.
