1 C polenta (I used regular cornmeal) 2 cups boiling water, salt to taste. Slowly stir cornmeal into boiling water. Reduce heat, cook stirring regularly for 30 minutes. Pour into a greased pan or bowl. Chill. Cut into pieces and heat.
