Ford has ordered a review of the OMERS pension plan. With former Harris ministerDavidTsubouchi already on the OMERS board and nowwith Ford's handpicked loyalist, Robert Poirier, conducting the review, the review will not be a good one. Ford will likely claim a crisis and take control of OMERS.
