He made accuses for a terrible teacher. So many people who should never be teachers go into the profession only to cause problems and treat kids terribly. I hope your daughter will be okay. I wish you could move her away from that teacher!

It’s shocking that they think a gen Ed teacher would even understand the complexities of autism. I am a gen Ed teacher and know it takes a specialist in that particular field to “get it”.

My daughter has a mild case of autism and I ask questions. Being a teacher does not mean they know all.

Old school teacher is a ridiculous way to try explaining away the terrible behavior of that teacher. The teacher needs to educate herself.

I cannot imagine treating a child this way.
