A good friend of mine is working on a humanitarian aid project in Ukraine and they took this picture. It immediately made me think of two things.

PSA: Take a Stop the Bleed Course. Learning how to tie a tourniquet, plug a gunshot wound, and properly assist injured people after a disaster are incredibly empowering skills to acquire. To quote someone else: “Holding death in my hands has never made me feel safer, but holding life in them does.”
