Really disappointing to see this sloppy "both sides" climate journalism from @wsj.com (beyond the ridiculous premise of the entire article).

Scientists are (perhaps apocryphally) known to be hesitant to be seen as partisan or non-neutral. I wonder if there is any research as to whether climate scientists are more or less likely than, say, physicists, to engage in advocacy (or activism as it is defined here)?
