Day 22: Almost a full body work out for tonight. Started with legs, the back and shoulders, followed by arms, and finished with a plank for core. I'll try to do a brisk walk tomorrow (or treadmill in the gym) and some sit ups for core

Day 21: Legs are still sore from Monday's leg workout and yesterday's treadmill, pero tuloy pa rin ang buhat. Shoulders, triceps, back and core ang nasa menu. Akalain mo kahit nagkakatyan na ko parang may nagpaparamdam nang abs, at first time maging pumped ng triceps ko

Day 20: Did the cursed leg workout. Very important pero tangina lang mapapatanong ka talaga sa sarili ng "Bakit ko ba ginagawa to?" 🤣. No gymfie muna, next time na lang pag nag upper body ako

Day 19: Making up for what should have been yesterday's session, i did upper body today. Too bad i couldn't take a gymfie because the gym was already closing by the time i finished

Day 18: Inching our way towards a hotter figure, session today was purely weights and equips. Because i'm not too flexible around the thighs and it's affecting some of my exercises, I did the adductor today (never knew until now that it's actually tough)
