This does not sound like someone who "got out".
Take on waste and corruption at the Pentagon; rebuild American shipbuilding. Massive, massive waste in procurement. A revolving door between the Pentagon and massive “defense” contractors. Widespread consolidation, encouraged by deliberate government policy, to the point where competition has virtually disappeared in many vital areas. This is the legacy of several decades of disastrous mismanagement and profiteering at the highest level of the American military. We need to take the funds currently paying for mansions in Virginia and Maryland for defense contractors, and reinvest them into closing the massive shipbuilding gap. I’ve seen under the hood. I know exactly how much money is wasted, and where. Send me to Washington and I will work tirelessly to rebuild the American military.

Hoping you're able to help.
Following these steps worked for me, but now the text in the 1st image is present in the bottom right corner of screen. Going to Activation displays the text in the 2nd image, and Troubleshooting gives me the text in the 3rd. Unsure how serious this is but it's annoying

Artwork I commissioned of my two friends' characters: Graintif and Dashwagon. Graintif, a tan-skinned, blonde-haired, amber-eyed human in plate mail with an American flag bandana on his head, has his arm wrapped Dashwagon, a half-elf with pale skin, red eyes, and black hair, wearing studded leather armor from his time as part of an assassins' guild. How do we tell him?
Olimar discovering the Dolphin's Main Engine in the Final Trial, the last area of the game. The Main Engine is the first piece Olimar's crashed spaceship that he discovers in Pikmin, but the game has been hacked to randomize the distribution of his ship's 30 parts. How do we tell him that this is actually the last piece he found?
