Yeah true. USPS doesn’t have their infra/workflows in order to deal with the customs and calculations is what I heard and that’s why they do the flat fee. Not entirely sure ofc but that 80 dollar flat fee will definitely deter people from shipping through USPS for now (less workload for now I guess)

Sad day for business owners outside of the USA. Cut-off point for the dutchies was yesterday. You can use commercial shipping companies like fedex, ups, dhl express as they have the know-how on how to deal with customs. But you’ll pay a premium for that. Not worth the money for the smaller shipments

I did some calculations and well, products are gonna be 25 dollars more or so. Not sure if anyone would like to pay that for a 42 dollar item (with 16 dollars of shipping on top)
