No, Apple thinks it knows what I want, but without side-loading, it's just not worth it. No use saying Google will block side-loading, because they will not. They will only monitor it. This sucks, but it's better than no side-loading and there might still be ways to go around regulations as always.

It's for the extensions that I'm worried. As far as I know, signing them would mean that the authors would be exposed to law enforcement. However, if we were somehow able to compile and sign them ourselves, assuming the process isn't too complicated, then there's no issue. Neither for ReVanced.
