Is that a fair comparison? Hard to attract players to a 2 horse league with comparatively low TV money. To put it into context, if Luton were in Scotland, it would be the 3rd biggest town behind Glasgow and Edinburgh.

I'm the same age, but more hopeful! This is the first time detailed planning has been submitted, last time was "outline" I think. So things are moving forward provided no spanner in the works from the council, but that would be surprising as a lot of preparation and groundwork has already started.
