Not really, His greatest fear is more that people find out his little secret
I guess he is afraid of being executed by the Eorzean Alliance/Garlameld but he doesn't see that as happening anytime soon

It is a requirement of Zander's old job
Be kinda awkward for a spy to infiltrate a nation and not be able to speak the local language to a fluent level

If it is a disguise then yes Zander puts in alot of effort (or wears a maid dress for some reason)
His normal outfit however generally tends to be simplistic since he would rather not stick out.

If he is in a fight he is evasive and trys to avoid getting hit. He also avoids killing if he can get away with it

Zander: really doesn't like the True Brothers of Faith. Cause of the MSQ they are the one group Zander would struggle to spare the lives of there members

Pre Dawntrail: Assassin Class which is Ninja for DPS or Paladin (lacks a shield) for Tanking
