I grew up there. My dad still lives in the same house. Many of his neighbors are still there from the 1980’s. A decent portion of the community has just been there for a long time and the super wealthy sprouted up around them.

It’s been like that for 40 years. The palisades highlands aren’t a new development with continuous sprawl.
