I imagine we could get it really thin and small as possible by doing a leather mold of the bit so it would hold shape and need little stitching as possible :3

And if could be like “pre-installed” so you couldnt forget it! Ln the same note if you hate mouth guard making wrapping the part of the bit that touchs your teeth with leather and hand sewing it into place would be helpful as well. I’m gonna have to experiment one day for sure! 3/3

I learned in my pony class that you can’t use a metal horse bit without damaging your teeth and its mainly for quick aesthetic photos. What if you used a mouth guard and if you want it to look nice in photos you can cut it up and keep the part that protects your molars. I also wonder if you (1/3)

OH! And gear wise you can wear a pulling horse harness (tbh im looking into making my own for humans so my neck doesnt break cause it looks heavy as fuck). Headspace wise I feel like there is sooo much you can do!! Scenery can make up for gear. I’m talking about medieval music (cont)

So since this the first time I’ve done this pattern I wasn’t sure at first on what connected to what so I made weak and small button stitching where the mouth was since thats where I started which resulted in the buttons just popping out. I premade holes like the pattern did but that doesnt (2/7)

Felt Horse Hood Washing Machine Experiment
I know this looks bad but actually I consider this super successful experiment! The worst case scenario actually the felt ripping itself apart and all the felt pieces actually held up insanely well and overall a really great first try. (1/7)

I had an idea I could make a horse tail put of nylon string (the string that comes out of paracord) and use it to make a tail! I got this idea from when I was experimenting a few years ago with a prototype flogger (right) back when I used to make paracord whips
