Game Night! Quacks of Quedlingburg. It's one of the quietest games you can play, because a lot of time everyone is silently (usually, there are the occasional muffled obscenities bursting out during the draws) pulling tokens for their potions.
Big fan of simultaneous turn taking, so this is a win!

My wife is not a huge board game player, but she recently fell in love with a large magnetic scrabble board that mounts to the wall. Slowly but surely, I'm drawing her in. 😈
