It's a tex-mex dip, so it goes well with crackers or chips. I discovered it several years ago when looking for a new dip to make, and it's something I like making for parties here and there.

The 'Young Guns' brand is what I would go with if I lived outside of NM. Probably the best bottled green and red chile out there!

It turned out great! I do as well, and chile cuts out the need for the pepper flakes. I've been working on tweaking my crust and sauce recipe over the years, and eventually found just the right way to make them to my liking.

I wouldn't call this New Mexican, just that putting green chile on pizza is something that New Mexico commonly does. Plus, this is one post about pizza, how am I supposed to cover everything you just mentioned in one post about a pizza?

It has nice browning on the crust. I just don't like it when the cheese gets too brown. My oven doesn't get hot like a brick oven, so I make due with what I can without ruining it. It still comes out great!
