I still cannot believe the actors are still on strike. This is so stupid. The actors are LITERALLY why the investors and companies make ANY money. How can they pretend they don't deserve EVERYTHING they are asking for?

There is zero blame on Democrats here. A Republican started the vote, knowing full well it would result in removing McCarthy. Said Republican knew there was not going to be a replacement any time soon. Democrats have zero responsibilities to piece together the opposition party. 100% GOP issues.

For reference on where McCarthy was when he started his bid. We were closer to a McCarthy speakership than we are a Jordan speakership after 2 votes. McCarthy slide backwards too though, but he eventually made his deal with the devil to get the votes he needed. Jordan can't do the same.

When I first moved here from Philly, the college I attended had a freshmen gathering. We went around telling people our experiences with Seattle. One person said "I was really scared once, because I saw a drug deal go down!" I was like.. 🤔
