I have tweaked my blood pressure deep breathing to emphasize longer expiration during the 4 deep breaths to encourage release of anxiety. #nursesky

We have some patients on a home visit schedule and have virtual visits also. Being a residency program, we also have pharmacy staff that oversee DM management. Many patients are within walking distance but not all of our patients are mobile. Some patients find it easier to eat fast foods.

I am already past retirement age but still working. I believe I will have to work until I’m 100 to recover my losses. I did try to see what I could do after the election but the only option available was to turn it over to outside retirement investments

Our patients in our Family Practice /Residency program come from underserved communities with working class poor residents. We have a high no-show rate and noncompliance, usually due to roadblocks concerning transportation and life challenges for patients, disease-related as well as family related.

We may have to find a microscope for some people though. Maybe as children we can capture it?? “DRump” seems to be devoid of all humanity.

As an RN and volunteer educator for the Tourette Association of America (TAA), I would like to see all Family Practice/Residency programs take the free Health Provider training through the TAA to enable more early diagnosis and treatment of tic disorders and Tourette Syndrome.
