First workout of the week ✅ . i need to get another 2 workouts in to complete this weeks target. i hate doing back-to-back workouts but i had no choice, i was just busy.

My arms are sore and i was on 1 hour of sleep, almost felt my arm fall off but its okey… at least the surgery was successful and uncomplicated
