I saw a video on Tiktok a while back, on advice on how to fall asleep faster when your mind won’t shut off, and it is to simulate micro dreamer, kind of like counting sheep, but more effective. You basically just name off, random things. Ox, bread, door. Ect. You keep going til you fall asleep.
