To be fair, the orioles are looking to maximize the rotation by avoiding injuries. So to bank on a guy, even in the smallest way, with an injury riddled past, after 1.5 seasons decimated by injuries, it makes sense to make GRod someone else’s gamble

To be fair, Mike Elias *could* be a genius for getting SOMETHING for a pitcher who may be riddled with injuries the rest of his career—which means, who knows how long his career will even last. But the fool in me was still holding out hope and didn’t (and still doesn’t) want to see reality

To be fair, Mike Elias *could* be a genius for getting SOMETHING for a pitcher who may be riddled with injuries the rest of his career—which means, who knows how long his career will even last. But the fool in me was still holding out hope and didn’t (and still doesn’t) want to see reality
