At this point, if Harris and the Dems are too weak and cowardly to do something as basic as demand a recount in one swing state (Trump demanded and got all his recounts in 2020), they can fuck off into the sunset. Absolutely useless. She doesn't deserve to be president if she's this weak.

He absolutely did it on purpose, actually his staff did. He doesn't even write most of his tweets. His staff writes them, capitalizes parts of it to make it seem like him, but forgets to mess up the syntax and take out the commas.
