Notice, how it says "USER" not just "PROVIDER". Without 230 you can be individually sued for reposting or forwarding content. There is also a whole series of case law precedent that protects users as well as providers/platforms. www.eff.org/issues/cda23...

The amount of people on the bad place that haven't read the 25th amendment, but think it's some kind of magic sov cit bullet where if you just say the right incantation you can remove a president easy peasy...is just ugh. It's hard mode impeachment if the president can write a post it note...

I think this all starts to unravel shortly. GA Sup Court just granted a stay near as I can figure on the Contempt.
