I am wondering why (almost) no one talks about stencil today? It seems lit is way more popular for developing web-components.

what is the reason for this? @scottjehl.bsky.social maybe you have an idea? :)

I decided to put some learnings from #PerfNow into practice.

We have a design system (web components) built with Stencil, and after seeing @jackf.io 's talk about DevTools, I wanted to create a separate track for the timings of our custom elements.

Looks like bluesky have some serious perf issues:

LCP is 4.92 on my macbook pro m3 max 5g internet! without any throttling. wtf!
