Okay, hopefully final update on this. Halfway through editing this video. It should be out hopefully this month. I just want to get it out, put this all behind me and move on.

The powers that be really don't want me to edit and upload this footage. I have gotten sick twice in the past two weeks, my editing software keeps crashing, and I haven't gotten a lot of sleep recently, so I have had no energy to do anything. I feel useless right now.

Now that I think about it, this footage could be explained by aliens. Maybe I almost had a close encounter? That's fun to think about. It would make sense knowing what is on the video. I'll shut up now and get back to editing. Almost done, computer slow. Can only edit for a little bit each day.

Sorry for the wait, still editing this footage from my basement. My computer is slow as shit and i have other stuff going on in my life. Might be moving out of this house soon. If that is the case, then I welcome the change. Don't wait to live in a haunted house anyway.

Yeah, definitely caught something on this camera from last night. Oh my gosh, how do I even begin to describe this? I found some old stuff in the basement I completely forgot was stored away. The video is too long to upload here, so I will be editing it down and posting it on Youtube.

I heard the banging noises again last night, but nothing was picked up on the camera which was disappointing. Going to try again. Don't know if I will find anything, but look at the bright side, if my house is haunted, then I can sell the footage to daytime television and get rich! (Yeah right)

It's been quiet again, I haven't caught anything on the camera so far, just a lot of the house settling and conversations between my folks but that's because the walls of my house are paper thin. Going to try again tonight. I just feel like something might happen.

Okay, now that I got this camera set up properly, and I have been re-familiarizing myself with how it works. I am going to set it up in the basement where the knocking sound is most prevalent and see what I am able to capture. Will keep you all updated.

Just needed to charge it up... but it still works! I found a bunch of older pictures from around 5-6 years ago. Might go through them and upload some of them here if I feel like I find anything interesting!

Just remember that I have a video camera left over from college that I never use anymore. I hope it still works. I can use it to capture some of the weird noises that I have been hearing around my house at night.

My dog was whining at the stairs to my basement yesterday. There is nothing down there except the furnace room and the laundry room.
I hope we don't have a wild animal, it would explain the banging noise.

It's loud tonight, what started off as a popping sound a few month ago, is now turned into full on banging coming from somewhere in my house.
I honestly cannot take much more of this. Nothing for a long time, and then when I get it on record, it starts up again. It's like I'm being toyed with.

The new security cameras don't pick up anything either. My family hears it as well. At least I am not going crazy.

Everything has calmed down a lot in just a week. I really hate when life moves fast around you and you can only sit down and watch it happen.
No problems from neighbours, no mysterious noises, absolutely nothing has happened. I should be happy. But I am not. My bad sleep habits have not improved.

I know what happened Friday probably shouldn't have alarmed me as much as it ended up doing, but we have been having some troubles with some neighbours that we have made noise complaints about. So my family was worried that someone might be throwing rocks at our house or something to that extent.

I saw absolutely nothing the whole time, but kept looking over my shoulder.
Maybe it's just because that two tragedies have happened so close to each other, but I don't feel very secure.

Power went out last night. It wasn't just my house, but the entire community around me that lost power.
One of the light bulbs in my house exploded because of the power surge. It gave me and my family quite the scare.

I spoke to my neighbours, not much I could get from them. The police didn't really tell them much. Just asked a few questions and moved on.
