The outside temperature is warmer than some of the rooms in my house.
Which messes with my heat pump as the weather comp knocks the flow temperature right down meaning the high thermal mass slow to warm rooms struggle to heat up enough.

If a heating circuit is only raising a room temp to 17° when the thermostat is calling for heat to reach 18°,
does this mean the water temperature in the circuit needs to be warmer, or the flow speed needs adjusting?
Or could it be either?
