I'm reminded of an intense argument in my country about the practice of intermittent fasting. It became quite fashionable in the last five years or so. I think the way it's typically done here is an eight hour window, outside of which you don't eat at all. People think it's brand new. 😂

I don't know very much about it. Like I know about the fasting from sunrise to sunset (which is easier in some regions than others based on the time between I suppose), but I didn't know of any other abstentions. So in addition to food, you need to refrain from any outward show of emotion?

Haha the longest I ever fasted was about three and a half days. I'm not cut out for religion.
