Three weeks ago I broke my wrist. Fortunately it's not my dominant hand so I can still do most things. I think any parent has already mastered the skill of child on one hip housework. That said, I've not broken a bone before, wouldn't recommend it. :D

If you want to be the sort of person who is fit and active you just have to be more active. Do it even a little but regularly you will be more fit and active. If you make the effort you will surprise yourself at how much you can accomplish. Or stay the same... It's up to you. Choose what you want.
