I think there's a meaningful distinction between "I don't have any information to go on" and "there is conflicting evidence, here it is, the rest is up to you"

I appreciate it's broad. But I'm guiding not telling. This is the simplest method I can think of.

imo "Not Fash Still Bad" is fash, practically speaking – the list very much includes things like abuse, gender violence in otherwise non-"fash" bands. And "neutral" would be either 'I don't know", in which case they won't be included, or "your call", which is orange (see above)

Orange is "A specific issue or controversy requiring personal discretion. Not "I don't know"". Something necessary to mention, but potentially nuanced. I respect different people have different lines.
