If you're in the same financial restrictions as a rescue or shelter that you need this kind of service then you shouldn't be have a pet anyway

I understand it's expensive, I understand you want to call around and see other options offered by other clinics. But going to a service that does makes you sign a waiver saying you won't sue them about any aftermath is insane. Those services are meant for rescues and shelters
