• How are you?
• I miss you
• My day is better with you in it

Lazy Sundays are the best. Yummy food, a good show or movie, and I’m happy.

I barely remember what I did yesterday, but I can remember the lyrics to a 20-year-old song I haven’t heard in years.

I get compliments in all areas of my life about how easy and even therapeutic I am to talk to. Maybe I missed my calling as a therapist or I'm just naturally good for the soul.

I go to the gym to become stronger and then struggle to open my water bottle 🥲
