Find something that calms your soul. Find something positive each day that you can focus on instead of the madness. Today, I enjoyed my day and, for the most part, stayed away from news. I feel better and will continue to find something positive each day. The water is calming for me, what about you?

The day we took this was a great day. He loved riding and his velomobile. I can't believe he is gone due to a high/drunk driver. If you can't see a bright yellow banana like thing on the road, you should not be driving. PLEASE DON'T DRINK OR BE HIGH AND DRIVE!

For those of you who are missing loved ones who are no longer with us, I know that holidays are especially challenging. Hang in there. Try to focus on happy memories together. You are not alone. Continue one step at a time. The pain will always be there but try to appreciate the time you shared.

When times are tough, go outside into nature and get away from it all. Close your eyes and see what you can hear and smell. Open your eyes and look for details around you. Feel the grass on your feet. Appreciate everything around you. Destress when you can.
