The jist is no oils, lots of veggies, a little nuts, lots of potatoes and beans and grains. I can still have my sourdough and my kombucha in moderation. No scale victories to report but I've been feeling like a million bucks! I'm never crazy hungry. I'm more focused and full of energy.
