When I'm not talking about music (and movies sometimes) I'm likely complaining about work. Previously screaming into the void that was Twitter.
This week's albums. Got through a nice mix while at work, had to miss out on some due to timing, but still got through some nice albums. Did a few updates to files as well in terms of audio levels (I have become that guy). But yeah, I'm going to go back to bed now.

Titles for albums.

Albums I got through in August. Some were first listens, but a lot were repeats. Always interesting to see how many albums I manage to actually get through. Skipped a few EPs and singles. Titles in attached post.

Another week of music. Got in some new listens, some old listens and some new classics to me. Sigur Ros' "Takk..." hit harder than I remember, Todd Terje's "It's Album Time" is a certified disco banger, Fat of the Land is forever. Jimmy Eat World's "Futures" is great, Revenent. Just so many greats.

Not a very long music week, but it was a good week nonetheless. Neil Young is classic, early St. Vincent is musical; NIN is always appreciated; Futures is an album I wish I'd found sooner; Caligula continues to be a beast of an album.

I suppose I should post here more. Anyhow, here's what my week looked like in music! Really enjoyed some to some albums that I hadn't heard in a while. Had a couple records pop back up from previous weeks too.

Forgot to post here, but this was my week in music. Felt like I got through some forgotten albums, some classics and even got a bit of nostalgia going on. Linkin Park and YYY's still take me back to high school/early college. Managed to get in some new releases too.

Good week for music, got through a bit more albums thanks to shorter lengths. Got in some classics like Portishead and John Lennon. Vince Staples is always good. Hadn't heard the Bon Iver in a minute; Rare Earth is just a solid old-school band. GLOW ON got turned up once it started playing.

Watched this tonight, and it was pretty good. It's old-school in the best way. There's no fancy effects or anything, it's about characters and the goal of making away with the money. Well acted, and maintains good tension. Go in knowing nothing, and I think you'll enjoy Heist (2001).

Another good week of music. Highlights have been the new Ela Minus album (2nd listen); Holy Fuck's debut is wonderful; Death Cab & Incubus are nostalgia for days (as is Slipknot). Burial is a vinyl rip and its GORGEOUS! Weeknd's debut is peak 2010s really.

Look what you willed into happening!

Started my day with Slipknot at 5am, and ended with The Weeknd sometime around 9am. Just a great contrast between my music. It's gonna be another interesting week. Minus like 2 embarassing/problematic albums...

Caught a glimpse of the next album to come up on my shuffle. Let’s just say that tomorrow morning around 5am is gonna get intense (while I count things)

Finished reading Demon Slayer this week, and wow, what a journey. I'm glad that it got to resolve the major plot points, the ending was massive and really threw everything at you. The epilogue was pretty good as well.

I should remember to post here more often. Here's what this week in music looked like for me. Revisited a few classics, got in a couple first listens as well. Amazed it took me this long to hear "Songs in the Key of Life" in full. Had some good mornings.

Reading a short manga (Wandering Island) and listening to an appropriate night-time album (that's also kind of low-key and not too intense). #Burial #Untrue

Two albums that got listened to while cooking, both great ambient works of different natures. Both mom approved.
