Also just in case anyone is interested in the original game, GO! GO! ヒッチハイク it looks to be sort of a board game style where you hitchhike and interact with different scenarios. Really great Super Game Boy boarder and good use of SGB color palettes.

Ooh maybe some deep cuts like a Victor WonderMega Model1, or a Panasonic 3DO Model2. I think either of those could look fun as lowpoly models.
