We’ve lost a lot of magic in the team. Gundo, Mahrez, Foden, Alvarez, Kev used to regularly drop big moments. Everything feels laboured and you don’t see a way something miraculous will happen in big games.

I thought Haaland was a lot better back to goal today, did very well for Foden’s goal. Dominated Chalobah all game in those one on ones.

I’m not disputing that Nunes is crap and a dreadful signing in hindsight, but Rico is playing and playing badly. He’s only played 18 fewer games in English football than Nunes. He is a problem for us.

You’re correct, but you also do the same about Rico Lewis mate. Too many players in that team don’t get anywhere near another top side.

I never thought he would come to us. Liverpool seemed a far better fit for him as he would know he is a very similar profile to Rodri, so would be good to fill in for now, but longer term we need a physical, fast 8. Surprised he’s gone to Arsenal over them, but not a loss to us.

Genuinely one of the reasons I’m seriously considering moving abroad. Entertaining two kids in Manchester through autumn and winter is a pain. Want to be outdoors but the weather is

I don’t think city would be worried about being secretive. They’ve always maintained their innocence. If we know it’s not going anywhere they’ll be clear about it.

Tells me that the Premier League don’t have the smoking gun they always needed in this case. We’ve always been confident in the media, but spending close to £100m on new players seems well beyond public posturing and PR

Yeah I did think both times my wife went into labour that it would have been more environmentally friendly to stick her on the back of my bike and pedal her to hospital. Good thinking.
