Yesterday we were on a red weather warning for wind & it was definitely pretty grim out there! Kii (horse) gets very unsettled by strong wind, stable door was open so he had choice. But the thing that really settles him is DD, DD is the gentlest most intuitive goat & will stand & comfort him

I am *so* excited to say I've gotten an Innovate UK grant to look at sustainable goat production in Africa! Thanks to an amazing team who helped us win this, now to actually run all the planned activities...

It’s a chilly start at Harper Adams university this morning!

Finally made it over from the ‘other place’ Hi 👋 I’m Holly! I have a PhD in goats, and am a lecturer/researcher at Harper Adams uni. My specialist area is animal behaviour & welfare. I love to love to talk all things science, animals, crafts and smallholding life!
