That voice will become quieter the more you ask it questions. The more you challenge that side of yourself the smaller it becomes. It takes time but it's worth it. What helped me was jorunaling out the conversations I had that way it wasn't in my head all day.

Have you updated your drivers? Checked with multiple cords to make sure it isn't the port itself and just the cable?
Windows had a recent update and I check for driver updates for my gpu after every one now. It even affected my Razor software. Had to run it back.

The cycle can be broken. I know it's hard letting go of others but that's sometimes what you need most. They've moved on, or were a bad friend or partner to you; you don't need that in your life. The people who are worth it are there for you unconditionally.

Had the same issue when I lived with my parents. That or they'd just straight up throw them out because it "looked similar to (x) food I made last week." Fucking SUCKED
