My therapist & I spent time this last year or so talking about this. The goal is to ~live~ our virtues. Implementing our values in our day to day lives meaningfully.

Take something, no matter how small, and truly commit to it. Schedule it, do it regularly, make it habitual, make it a practice.

As someone who advocates for my family held hostage I always feel like my own people are speaking over me and drowning me out. We should start letting people speak for themselves and value lived experience over commentary from others, even if the others genuinely care (which I believe they do).

Internet always delivers 🤣
