How does the window for Metformin compare with the ‘5 days after symptom onset’ for Paxlovid? Is there any advantage beyond the acute phase for treating LC? GP knowledge is so thin on the ground, sadly most won’t be able to take advantage of it unless that changes, esp. if the window is tight.
