We pay £100 per item accepted for publication. (It's not much but we're self-funding the magazine.)

We know that lots of amazing writers never get published for bullsh*t reasons: queer, not white, not male. The list of prejudices is far too long.
GRL is deeply interested in what you've got to say, whoever you are. We are a safe, welcoming, and enthusiastic home for your work.

We're looking to publish fiction, non-fiction, and poetry of exceptional quality and beauty. We are aiming for our first issue in the second half of 2025.
