Small update:
I was diagnosed with dysautonomia/POTs so I am grappling with that and trying to figure out how to work/function with this chronic illness

Nervous because I want to finally know what's causing my chronic condition and what if this heart monitor doesn't show what's wrong but also what if what's wrong is deeper than my heart being silly

Been mia.... I am in the process of getting my heart situated 🫡
This weekend I am going to definitely try recording a journaling video but no promises, the brain fog and fatigue is strong.. the heart problems are also stronger!!!
And I am still working full time so just a lot but I am stronger!!!!

I am rambling because although this year wasn't my best one it was still full of learning and still full of love and I am excited to see where I'll be by next year 🫶
I have many things to be grateful for!! Therapy has helped me learn a lot about myself and I am growing!!!

Also subscribed to a sticker club and got my kinbor planners for next year!!!
I am having frequent health flare ups but managing them a little better!!! Hoping for diagnosis by next week so I can properly learn to live with it but I am very happy and saving to move out soon!!!
