It's not really a campaign game. There is no missions or story to play through. It also does not require the same players each session.
However, the results of previous games do strongly influence the setup and win conditions of future games.
So yeah, you really do need a group in mind for it.

I'm not sure there is enough poor people willing to switch their vote to LNP/Dutton in any single seat, to flip that seat.
I would be more concerned about mortgage holders flipping in outer suburban seats.
Also I still think Labor minority gov is the most likely result.
